Bell Postdoctoral Fellowship Program 7385 views

The David E. Bell Postdoctoral Fellowship Program at the Harvard Center for Population and Development Studies (HCPDS) provides opportunities for research and leadership training in a flexible, one or two year non-degree program for postdoctoral researchers in the field of population and development.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must hold a strong record of academic training, proven research experience & a dedication to population and development work
  • Applicant must demonstrate ability to work independently and must have leadership potential.
  • Bell Postdoctoral Fellowship Program is open to both U.S. and international scholars.

Stipend and Benefits:

Application Procedure:

  • Application materials to be submitted via email individual PDF files. Files must include:
  • CV
  • Transcripts from college and any graduate schools attended (all doctoral requirements must have been finished)
  • Research Proposal (max. 2,000 words)
  • Writing sample that establishes the applicant’s writing and analytical skills, as well as the ability to generate interesting and original ideas (max 20 pages).
  • Applicant’s current contact information including mailing address and phone number(s).
  • 3 recommendation letters (must be emailed directly, if possible, on letterhead).
  • Evidence of doctoral degree
