University College Dublin (UCD) invites applications for CONSUS PhD fellowships at School of Computer Science, to work with the vast quantities of rich agricultural data to which Origin Enterprises provides access. A number of fellowships are available across a range of data-focussed activities. Applicants must have experience and interest in data science, machine learning, software engineering, artificial intelligence, knowledge discovery in databases, advanced information systems, and/or data analytics.

Eligibility:
- Applicant must hold Ist or upper IInd class honours Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant subject.
- Applicants who are expected to finish their relevant degree in the summer of 2018 are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants must satisfy the University’s Minimum Language Requirements
Duration: 4 years
Fellowship value: tax-free stipend €18,000 per annum with an annual contribution to tuition fees of €5,500 per annum.
