The successful applicant should have excellent knowledge of small molecule organic synthesis and analytics, experience in the aforementioned methods is beneficial.

Experience in programming is also considered beneficial, as is knowledge about solid-phase peptide synthesis. While the position is within the area of experimental drug discovery, an affinity towards the computational molecular design methods involved would be welcome.

Candidates should be highly motivated, self-organized, creative, displaying initiative and used to thinking sideways. Excellent command of the English language is expected.
