The Department of Architecture, Faculty of Science and Technology at Umeå University are looking for lecturers in architecture with a specialisation towards socially sustainable development and urban transformation strategies, or other appropriate direction, full time.
Eligibility:
- Applicant must have demonstrated educational expertise and hold a doctorate or has attained equivalent academic competence or other professional skills relevant with regards to the subject area of the appointment.
- A master degree in architecture, or equivalent, from a recognized university of architecture is a requirement.
- Documented experience of teaching at both first and second cycle is a requirement, and the experience of teaching at postgraduate level is a requirement
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Applicants also need to have excellent communication skills and good ability to collaborate and communicate with students and colleagues to create a good learning environment
