Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine (ISPM) is aimed at promoting health and prevention of disease through research, teaching and services at home and internationally.
The SSPH+ Global PhD Program in Public Health Sciences is being co-funded by Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (Horizon 2020 – COFUND).
GlobalP3HS is an innovative Swiss doctoral program designed with the aim of recruiting exceptional candidates from all over.

Eligibility Criteria: The applicant must:
- hold a Master’s degree
- fulfil the mobility rules of MSCA (if coming from abroad)
- find an SSPH+ Faculty member who agrees on acting as PhD supervisor
- be eligible for a PhD at the Swiss university of their chosen supervisor
- Evidence of proof of efficiency in English would be required from students whose first language is not English.
