The Department of Protein Science, Division of Protein Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology announces the opening of a PhD position in the research group led by Prof. Amelie Eriksson Karlström.

About the project:
  • The PhD project is part of a larger, crossdisciplinary research project aiming to develop new methods for the measurement of protein, RNA and DNA levels in individual immune cells and to use these methods to gain a better understanding of how the immune system with its different components functions.
  • The project is funded by the Swedish Research Council and involves four research groups with competence in immunology, gene technology, protein technology and micro- and nanotechnologies.

Eligibility

  • Applicant must have passed a degree at advanced level, completed course requirements of at least 240 higher education credits, of which at least 60 higher education credits at advanced level, or in any other way acquired within or outside the country acquired essentially equivalent knowledge.
