Faculty Positions at HBCSE-TIFR: Faculty Positions at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE-TIFR): HBCSE is a Centre of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) is devoted to research and development in science, maths and technology education (STME).
Key Responsibilities:
- Faculty are responsible for the D. program in Science Education of the TIFR University (deemed).
- HBCSE is the nodal centre for Olympiads in science and mathematics and also for the National Initiative on Undergraduate Science.
Qualifications / Requirements:
We are keen to consider applications for faculty positions from candidates with a Ph.D and postdoc experience, and a proven excellent track record in any of the following:
- natural sciences
- social sciences
- research and development in science, maths or design and technology education

Salary / Scale of Pay
- Entry level faculty members get a salary in the pay scale of INR 15600-39100 Grade Pay = 7600 plus HRA at 30% of basic salary, in lieu of Institute housing (subject to availability), and health care benefits.
- Candidates with appropriate experience can be considered for higher levels.
