Global Internship Program is offered by the Airtel IIT Delhi Centre of Excellence in Telecommunication (AICET) within the Bharti School of Telecommunication Technology and Management. IIT Delhi hosts an Internship Program in Engineering Innovation and Design for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in any branch of the Electrical Sciences.

Eligibility:
- Applicant must be a student of who is registered in a recognized Engineering Institute or College or deemed University in an Engineering Discipline in the Electrical Sciences; Electrical Engg, Computer Science, Electronics, Communication or Telecommunication, Instrumentation and allied Electrical Sciences)
- Applicant can be either pre-final or final year Undergraduate student
- Applicant must have completed at least 4 semesters or 2 years of required course work at the start of Internship or
- Applicant can be Postgraduate student and must have completed at least II semesters or 1 year of required course work.
Duration:
The Internship Program will be run with the following minimum attendance requirements:
- during teaching semesters, minimum 4 months
- during summer semesters, minimum 2 months
Benefits:
- The Internship Program will provide exposure to UG (BE/BTech) students and PG students an exclusive opportunity to work with professional teams inside IIT Delhi
- All interns will be supervised and integrated into engineering teams and live research / sponsored projects
Application Procedure:
Applications in the prescribed format must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Application Form
- CV with transcript showing grades obtained in all courses till date of application.
- Letter of No-Objection from the Institution (from the Head or the Training & Placement Officer)
- Letters of Reference 1-2 (in sealed envelope) in prescribed format from Faculty or Supervisors.
- Statement of Purpose outlining the proposed area of work and proposed Faculty Supervisor (within IITD) if any (only required if there is no Faculty Advisor identified within IIT Delhi)
