Jawharlal Nehru University (JNU) invites applications for the Guest Faculty (Lecturer) at Centre of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian & Latin American Studies; School of Language, Literature & Culture Studies. The guest lecturers will be for Spanish and Portuguese language.

Guest Faculty in Spanish

Number of places: 04 posts

Qualifications:

• Applicant must be M.A. in Spanish with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade or equivalent qualification and UGC-NET as prescribed by UGC.
• Applicants with teaching experience in similar capacity at university level, having obtained MPhil or equivalent degree in Spanish Studies and having done research/courses in Spanish speaking countries will be preferred.

Guest Faculty in Portuguese

Qualifications:

• Applicant must hold M.A. in Portuguese or equivalent qualification with high proficiency in Portuguese language with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade or equivalent qualification and UGC-NET (if applicable) as per UGC norms.
• Applicants with teaching experience in similar capacity at university level, having obtained M.Phil or equivalent degree in Portuguese Studies and having done research/courses in Portuguese speaking countries will be preferred.
