Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry invites applications for a postdoctoral position in the lab of Dr. Krishnamoorthy to study the role of B cells in the regulation of autoimmunity.
Study area: The available position is related to the study “The regulatory role of B cells in autoimmunity”.
Requirements:
- Applicant must have a strong background in B and/or T cell immunology that includes experience in analyzing cell-mediated immune responses in vivo using mouse models.
- Applicants having background in molecular and cell biology including recombinant DNA technology would have advantage.
- Applicants with additional experience in proteomics and genomics are especially encouraged to apply.
The offer:
- The position is available immediately
- salary level will be according to the German wage agreement for the public service (TVöD)
- Duration: fixed term for 2 years; possibility of an extension
