PhD Position at University of York: Environment and Geography, University of York – Heslington Campus invited application for filling up the following full time position to work on the Marie Slodowska Curie ECORISK2050 ETN project in the Environment and Geography Department at the University of York.
About the Positions: Selected candidates will work on a three year research programme to understand how the fate and uptake of chemicals in environmental systems will alter in the future due to climatic and other predicted changes.

Salary: £43,130 a year or £47,200 with applicable Family allowance
Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have Masters Degree in Environmental science, Biology or Chemistry with Experience of the impacts of chemicals in the natural environment. Candidates should not have resided on the UK for more than 12 months in past 3 years and 4 years of completing the degree that allows them to study a PhD in the UK or in their home country. Candidates whose first language is not English will need to certify that they meet the University’s minimum language requirements for a PhD.
