The School of Business, Society and Engineering, (EST) at Mälardalen University has one PhD student opening for candidates with a background in Business Administration, in particularly management control and management accounting.
Research areas:
- migration, class, gender, diversity, ethnic and spatial segregation, social and political aspects of infrastructural change, citizenship, education, social responsibility of business, use of local resources, and sustainable governance among others.
About the position:
The PhD student:
- is expected to work with scholarly literature concerning sustainability and business administration – as it will be defined later within the research proposal – in relation to management control and/or management accounting questions;
- is expected to collaborate with other research projects on sustainability or other relevant research projects conducted at EST-Mälardalen University as well as with other Swedish and foreign universities;
- expected to have good written and oral knowledge in English. Knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement
