Applications are invited for: Research Associate (RA) position is immediately available in the Yeast biofuel group at the DBT-ICGEB Centre for advanced bioenergy research. The project will involve work on:

1.    Genome scale metabolic modeling in yeast,

2.    Analysis of metagenomics,

3.    Fungal genomics and proteomics samples.

Required Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in the field of research with experience in metabolic modeling, analysis of genome sequences,  proteomics & Bioinformatics is desirable.

Required Qualifications:

1. PhD plus at least 4-5 years postdoc experience in Immunology, infectious diseases and murine model.
2. Experience in student supervision & an ability to generate publications in peer-reviewed journals.
