Postdoc in Computational Physics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology: KTH Royal Institute of Technology is Sweden’s largest technical research and learning institution and home to students, researchers and faculty from around the world The research group in Mathematical Imaging within the Department of Mathematics at KTH invited online applications from eligible candidate for filling up the position of postdoctoral fellowship funded from the Tandem Forest Values programme at the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry.

About the position: The goal of this research is to develop theory and algorithms for image guided optimization of the sawline in processing of forest logs. This position involves research into theory and development of algorithms for joint 3D reconstruction and semantic segmentation

Position: Postdoc

Salary: As per norms.

Duration: 2 years at a time

Qualifications: Interested candidates must have a strong background from machine learning or signal/image processing and PhD degree in mathematics, signal processing, computer science, or computational physics/engineering having experience in Python and/or C/C++ in the context of machine learning with.
