Postdoctoral fellow in Photovoltaics 1190 views

The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) at University of Luxembourg is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work within its photovoltaics cluster.

About the position:

LEM is seeking a post doc to investigate novel semiconductors for photovoltaic and photo-electrochemical applications. The tasks of the candidate include:

  • Synthesis, materials and device characterization
  • Publishing research papers and presenting at international conferences
  • Providing support to masters and Ph.D candidates as well as visiting researchers
  • Teaching and outreach opportunities

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have solid background in one or more of the following research fields: inorganic, solid state, or physical chemistry, solid state physics, solar cells
  • Applicant must have completed PhD or having up to three years postdoctoral experience, and have publications in international peer reviewed journals
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
