Institute of Oceanology Polish Academy of Sciences invites applications for an open competition. The outstanding young scientists interested in cooperating with researchers from the Institute of Oceanology Polish Academy of Sciences are invited to apply for the postdoctoral fellowship.
Research area:
- Marine Physics
- Marine Chemistry
- Marine Ecology
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Experimental characterization of climate-relevant issues
- Application of state-of-the-art measurement methods
- Theoretical interpretation of the experimental findings
- Collaboration within the group and external project partners
Duration: 3 to 6 month grant and must be completed by the end of June 2018.
Remuneration: European level salaries are offered
Selection criteria:
- Special attention will be given to research skills
- Ability to work with other people

- Applicants with maximum of 5 years after earning Ph.D. are invited to send their applications by email. The application must include:

- Name and address of two referees
- Proficiency in English and good writing skills are a prerequisite.
- Applicant must have a documented running collaboration or/and a project planned with a scientist/scientists from the Institute of Oceanology Polish Academy of Sciences.
