Postdoctoral Researcher in Psychology: UZH 785 views

The Department of Psychology at University of Zurich (UZH) invites applications for a postdoctoral position in Psychology. The position is available at the research unit Longitudinal Aging Research. The unit is part of the Department of Psychology and the University Research Priority Program “Dynamics of Healthy Aging”.

Role and Responsibilities
  • The position is part of the project “Digitalization and the Social Lives of Older Adults” in the program Digital Lives.
  • The position will involve the planning and implementation of a micro-longitudinal study, data management and analysis, and preparation of manuscripts to be published in international peer-reviewed journals.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must hold PhD in Psychology or related discipline
  • Applicant must have very good knowledge in the area of lifespan developmental research and relevant research methods
  • Applicant must have research experience in the collection and analysis of longitudinal data; publishing in international peer-reviewed journals
  • Applicant must possess very good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German helpful but not necessary

Funding Duration: funded for 18 months

Starting date: December 1, 2018
