Punjab Biotechnology Incubator (PBTI): Scientific Assistant position 1343 views

Punjab Biotechnology Incubator (PBTI) invites the applications to fill up the Scientific Assistant position purely on contractual basis for a period of 5 years extendable as per requirement.

Remuneration: Rs.10300-34800 (Grade Pay Rs.3200)

Qualification required:

• Applicant must hold 1^st class Master Degree in Basic / Life /Environmental Sciences / Food Sciences OR
• Applicant must hold 1^st Class B.Tech or equivalent in Biotechnology / Food Technology / Dairy Technology OR
• Applicant must hold 1^st Class B. Pharma from a recognized University / institute.
• Applicant must have some experience of working with national / international testing & certification laboratories /organizations and knowledge of national / international laboratory quality management systems and standards for quality testing.
• The candidate qualified as food analyst by FSSAI would be given preference
• Applicant must be below 35 years of age.

• Application to be sent in the prescribed format PROFORMA-I (available on the website of PBTI) with the demand draft (Non-refundable) of Rs. 500/- in favour of “Punjab Biotechnology Incubator” payable at Mohali. The application must include the copy of following documents:
• Matriculation Certificate (for age proof) ;
• Certificate of Qualifying Degree along with mark sheets ;
• Certificates of other qualifications, if any ;
• Certificates in proof of experience, if any; 5) Community certificate, if applicable ;
• DD for Rs. 500/- for UR applicants in original. (Applicant are required to mention the name & post applied for on back side of DD) on or before 11.06.2018. No fee will be payable by Schedule Caste (SC)/ Schedule Tribes (ST) candidates.
