Research Engineer: Informatics, UiO 1156 views

The Department of Informatics (IFI) and Nano-electronics research group invites application for a one-year Research Engineer position with possible extensions as RF engineer. The position is strongly research focused with activities in wideband RF/Antenna design, test and instrumentation.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must have primary qualification in RF/Antenna design as well as documented chip design skills.
  • Applicants must hold MSc/PhD in RF and microelectronics.
  • Applicants must demonstrate scientific skills through relevant publications.
  • Applicants must be capable to demonstrate interest in scientific research.
  • Applicants with practical skills in using these instruments are preferred.
  • Applicant must also have general skills in microelectronics.
  • Applicant must possess good command of English.

Salary: NOK 532 400-588 100/year (depending on qualifications and seniority).
