The Department of Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Institute of Pharmacy at Free University of Berlin is inviting application for a position of Research fellow. Collaboration within the third-party project “Molecular interaction between ribosome-inactivating proteins and triterpene saponins”

Responsibilities:
  • Cell culture experiments
  • Biophysical investigations
  • Recombinant protein expression
  • Isolation of terpenoid natural products
  • Modeling of protein-ligand complexes

Requirements:

  • University degree (Diploma or Master) in pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, biology or chemistry
  • High commitment and research interest
  • Theoretical knowledge and experimental experience
  • Analytical skills to rationalize biological problems on the computer
  • Willingness to work interdisciplinarily
