The Department of Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Institute of Pharmacy at Free University of Berlin is inviting application for a position of Research fellow. Collaboration within the third-party project “Molecular interaction between ribosome-inactivating proteins and triterpene saponins”
Responsibilities:
- Cell culture experiments
- Biophysical investigations
- Recombinant protein expression
- Isolation of terpenoid natural products
- Modeling of protein-ligand complexes
Requirements:
- University degree (Diploma or Master) in pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, biology or chemistry
- High commitment and research interest
- Theoretical knowledge and experimental experience
- Analytical skills to rationalize biological problems on the computer
- Willingness to work interdisciplinarily
