Researcher in Nano-Bio Science: DTU Food 1702 views

Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and the National Food Institute (DTU FOOD) invites applications for a position as researcher in the research group of Nano-Bio Science.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • contribute to the further development of the research areas of the group
  • contribute significantly in fund raising activities to develop the research fields of the group further
  • responsibilities for conducting research based teaching in existing courses at DTU at bachelor, master and Ph.D. level and/or student project supervision as well as research based consultancy to businesses and (inter)national food authorities
  • The group has an extensive, cross-disciplinary collaboration with other research groups at DTU FOOD as well as with other departments at DTU and candidates will be responsible for utilizing such collaboration to strengthen the group’s position at DTU.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must hold PhD degree or equivalent.
  • Applicants must have a scientific background in the research areas described above with a track-record on analytical biochemistry
  • Applicants must demonstrate excellent competences on an international level within the research area of the group
  • Applicants must provide a research plan demonstrating how the applicant will contribute to develop the research area
