The Institute of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine (inStem) invites applications for Senior Research Fellow Position on Stem Cell Biology Program.

About the program:

• The program aims to understand the cellular and molecular basis of mental illness with a long-term goal to develop new therapies.
• The program involves generation and analysis of cellular models using patient derived human induced pluripotent stem cells (HiPSCs) and its differentiated derivatives.
• The selected candidate with have cell biology experience to assist in establishment and analysis of human induced pluripotent stem cell (HiPSC) lines.

Duration:

• The appointments will be a fixed term position initially for a period of one (1) year that may be extended up to a maximum of three years depending on the performance of the candidate.

Starting date: 1^st January 2019

Qualification:

• Post graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Desirable: Experience in mammalian cell culture. Prior experience in stem cell culture would be an advantage.
• Age Limit for the position is below 35 years.
