Postdoctoral in Plant pathology, agriculture and Plant science

Postdoctoral Associate Plant Pathology Department Plant Science Innovation Center University of Nebraska-Lincoln Lincoln, NE, 68583-0722 A full-time Postdoctoral Associate position is available at the Plant Pathology Department of University of Nebraska-Lincoln to study the roles and molecular mechanisms by which ubiquitination regulates tomato and soybean immunity against Pseudomonas syringae and soybean cyst nematode (SCN).

Candidates with a PhD degree in plant biology, plant pathology or a closely related discipline and research experience in molecular plant-microbe interactions, as well as good oral communication and writing skills in English and a record of significant peer-reviewed publications are encouraged to apply. Highly motivated individual with research experience in soybean and/or tomato and proteomics and transcriptomics using next generation sequencing (RNAseq) is desirable.
