Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be women
- The applicants must have citizenship of a country other than the United States.
- The applicant if residing in the United States should be in possession of a nonimmigrant visa.
- Women holding dual citizenship in the United States and another country are not eligible.
- The applicants should have a degree that is equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree.
- The degree should be attained by 30th September 2018 as well as the application to the proposed institutions of study must be made by the time of the application.
