  • Development and fabrication of complex nano-devices with high-yield and reproducibility
  • Monitor, control, and qualify the developed processes
  • Coordination of an effective device fabrication/ device performance feedback loop
  • Operate and contribute to the maintenance of systems in the cleanroom
  • Constant self-improvement in order to keep abreast of the latest developments in building nanoscopic devices

Requirements:

  • Applicant must hold Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Materials Science, or Engineering or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience in nano-device fabrication and testing
  • Proficiency in nano-device fabrication that requires multiple lithography and fabrication steps
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment
  • Understanding of nanofabrication engineering principles and process development with an emphasis on thin film (< 10nm) deposition and dry/wet chemical etching
  • Experience in CMP is an asset
  • Ability to quickly integrate and work in a multi-disciplinary, international team and effectively collaborate and communicate to meet the deadlines and deliver against program goals
