The behavioral marketing group, Faculty of Business and Economics at University of Basel is inviting applications for a PhD-student position. The selected student will pursue PhD-degree in either in business or in psychology. The thesis will be supervised by Miguel Brendl.
Duration: Four-year contract (one plus three years)
Requirements:
- Applicant must hold Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science (e.g., business/marketing, psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, experimental economics)
- Applicant must understand journal articles that involve psychological theory and experimentation (e.g., J. of Consumer Research)
- Applicant must possess good command of English (German is not necessary)
- Applicant are required to take advanced courses that improve your skills, including statistics and rudimentary programming (e.g., R, Inquisit)
