The University of Oldenburg has a PhD position (f/m/d) in Hilt Research Group which is a member of the Research Training Group (RTG), funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG). The scientific aim of the RTG is the development of new methods for the selective activation of less reactive C-H bonds and the significant improvement of existing methods with regard to efficiency, selectivity, scope and robustness.
Requirements:
- Candidates are required to have a scientific university degree (Master of Science or Diploma) in chemistry or closely related fields and research experiences in the field of organic electrochemistry, electroanalytical chemistry or organic synthesis.
- The willingness to work on an interdisciplinary PhD project and good English language skills are expected.
