Research Area:
- Fabrication of one-dimensional structures (nanowires) have been in the internationally leading position.
- Develop methods of high-resolution lithography, which is one of the absolutely important techniques for making devices based on nanowires.
- Nanoimprint and block-copolymer lithography for applications.
The goal of the project is to develop and study advanced lithographic methods, which can combine both nanoimprint (NIL) and block-copolymer (BCP) lithography to be used for a controllable growth of III-V nanowires (NWs) for applications in electronic and optical devices.
Qualification requirements
- Appointment to a post-doctoral position requires that the applicant has a PhD,
- Or an international degree deemed equivalent to a PhD
Additional requirements:
- The subject of the doctorate degree should be physics or equivalent with focus on nanofabrication methods
- Very good oral and written proficiency in English.
- A good ability to develop and conduct high quality research.
- Teaching skills.
