The Alan Turing Institute and Queen Mary University of London are offering three PhD studentships in Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The institute offers a number of places each year to motivated graduate students to complete a fully funded PhD. The Alan Turing Institute studentship scheme offers the opportunity to collaborate with academics and other students from a broad range of disciplines.

Studentship value: tax-free stipend of £20,500 per annum, a travel allowance and conference fund, and tuition fees

Duration: 3.5 years

How to apply:

  • Students should apply through Queen Mary.
  • All applications should be made directly to the candidate’s chosen department and programme.
  • The University will make the initial assessment of application and will refer selected candidates to the Institute in early February 2019.
  • Successful students will then be invited to attend a further interview at The Alan Turing Institute.
