John Curtin School of Medical Research (JCSMR) offers Zinkernagel PhD Scholarship every year. The main aim of the award is to have international students of high competence, with research qualifications or expertise, to pursue graduate research involving a biomedical research project for a PhD degree at the JCSMR.

Number of awards: 01 (One) PhD Scholarship will be granted annually to an international Doctoral student who was the highest ranked successful JCSMR applicant.
Duration: full-time award for 3 years
Periods of study already undertaken for the PhD degree and periods of study undertaken for the PhD degree during suspension of the award will be deducted from the duration of the award.
Scholarship Value: $26,288/annum
Eligibility:
- Applicant must be an international student.
- Applicant must enroll full-time in a program of study for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at the John Curtin School of Medical Research, ANU.
- Applicant must hold an Australian Bachelor Honours degree with Ist Class Honours or equivalent, and has research publications and/or relevant research experience.
